Unless swimmers are unwell or on holiday the expectation is for them to attend the sessions for their squad as shown below.
We understand that sometimes there needs to be some negotiation to accommodate other activities, hobbies and family social events but we maintain that every effort should be made to attend a minimum of 75% of sessions over a quarterly period of time.
